Spurres started with just 10 units under management in Anchorage, Alaska — built on the belief that property management should be hands-on, financially driven, and fully accountable. Today, our footprint stretches across Anchorage and surrounding markets, where we manage properties with local expertise and a relentless focus on results.
Now, we're scaling that same model across the United States. Spurres is expanding into new markets with the systems, values, and operational discipline to support growth without losing what makes us different. We were built in Alaska — but we’re made to operate nationwide. Coming soon, we will be expanding into the Pacific Northwest.
